I have two speeds: Panic and Coma.

You should make a single word out which describes the juxtopositional circumstance of a single state of being. Here are some attempts:

Panicoma (the obvious first try)
Comanic
Canic
Coamic
Poma

I kind of like "Poma." Like "Puma" but more sedate. Like "PoMo," but not an elititst abbreviation for things created to confuse and intimidate the bourgeois. Also, short words that start with the letter "P" are often amusing by verbal nature because of the inherent contrast between 'P' and every other letter's sound (which is never as 'hard' or as unique as a 'P'), and that subtle element of humor adds just a sprinkle of absurdity (and thus accessibility) to your concept.

There we have it. Poma. Unless, of course, you prefer another word more -- in which case I can just as easily justify its significance for you. Because words are neat and flexible like that, and I like to spank as much meaning as possible into them.

what meaning could we assign to "ponk?" because i always thought "ponk" would be a great word.

Well, it was supposed to be a heart... but I see where your mind is this morning. :-)

Ponk. That's funny. It sounds like a blunt trauma to the head. But that's just easy reliance on its initial onomatopoeia. How bout:

Ponk [n.] - the outer "taint." As in how the vagina is divided by name into its mons and labia, so should the taint be detailed by labels that express its inner and outer regions. The ponk is to the taint as exposed skin is to membrane, or as the corona is to the core of a burning, gasseous star. "Please massage my ponk while we make out."

or, maybe...

Ponk [v.] - To ponk, ponking, ponked, he/she/it ponks [adv.] Ponkeredly. To prattle with both decisive opinion and disinterest because of a lack of knowledge and/or information on an otherwise heated or divisive topic. The caucasian sorority sister ponked daily about minority social justice issues in a feigned attempt to appear enlightened to her Polynesian criminial justice professor. Also: [colloquial] ponkered-on, [adj.] ponker, [n.] ponk-face slut
